• Please note that we charge 240 EUR if the pick up time is between 18:00 and 08:00.
• The motorhome must be returned with full gas and fuel tanks. Fuel purchase option for 26+2.1 EUR/L.
• The motorhome must be returned clean and with an empty waste water and an empty toilet cassette. Failuer to comply will entail a surcharge of 300 EUR. If an extra effort for cleaning ia required (seats are badly stained) a cleaning surcharge of 89 EUR per hour will apply.
• Smoking is prohibited in the camper. 900 EUR penalty will apply if this rule is broken.
• Carrying animals without prior notice will entail a penalty of 500 EUR - cleaning surcharge.
• Any delay with returning the motorhome will entail a penalty of 60 EUR per hour.
• Winter tires are included in the rental price only during 01.11-31.3 period.
• The coffee machine works only when motorhome is connected to external electricity grid.
• All one-way rentals include 2 gas bottles.
• Clients, who wish to book one-way rental to a drop off location only, have to sign one deductible for us and we reserve a right to perform post rental check-up on the rental vehicle.
• The minimum reduction period for lowering deductible (TC Plus or TC Premium) or Windshield & tire protection is 7 rental days .
• Outside the rental agreement opening countries the insurance deductibles are two times higher and the rental stations hold the right to limit the deductible to TC Plus.
• Ready To Go Package has to be purchased for each person traveling, except infants under 2 years.
• Transfers to / from airports, that include in the rental fee, will be only to tha nearest main airport. Transfers to / from other airports or city centers are possible for an additional fee:
- Helsinki city center to Helsinki depot: 150 EUR per way
- Rovaniemi city center to Rovaniemi depot: 55 EUR per way
- Oulo Airport to Rovaniemi depot: 625 EUR per way
- Kemi Airport to Rovaniemi depot: 440 EUR per way
- Kittilä Airport to Rovaniemi depot: 527 EUR per way
• A cancellation Protection can be purchased for any reason at a cost of 10% of the booking’s rental fees. Cancellation reason is not required. The cancellation must be received up to 56 hours before checkout time. More details in the 'Insurance' chapter.
• Bookings that are postponed to 2022, between 32 and 5 days before the start of the rental, will be charged an 'amendment fee' in the amount of € 250. The change is based on availability of motorhomes. Changes made less than 5 days before the start of the rental will be charged a regular cancellation fee.
