The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
• An additional charge of AU$ 1000 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome
• A 10 day minimum rental period applies during the period of 15 December to 5 January
• During the Bathurst and Phillip Island Races (1-20 October) a 10 day minimum rental period applies from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide Branches
• AU$ 100 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Boxing Day, Observed Christmas Day, Day After New Year's Day. Also in:
• Labour Day Brisbane, Cairns, Darwin and Alice Springs only (02 May 2016)
• Queens Birthday all locations except Perth and Broome (13 June 2016)
• Queens Birthday Perth and Broome only (26 September 2016)
• Labour Day Sydney and Adelaide only (03 October 2016)
• Labour Day Perth and Broome only (06 March 2017)
• Labour Day Melbourne only (13 March 2017)
