The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
In case of cancellation on one way rentals - there is an additional fee of $ 200.
Travels to the Burning Man Festival - have different cancellation policies. Please read on 'terms & conditions' page.
Additional miles traveled over pre-purchased allotment will be charged at:
• 32 cents per mile for C25, CS25, C26, CS26, C28, CS28, CS30 and FS31
• 34 cents per mile for AS32
• 36 cents per mile for AF34 and AB35
• 37 cents per mile for FM31
• Some states are subject to fees imposed by the State authorities:
- Vehicle License Fees (VLF): California: $2 per night; Nevada: 3.5% of the nightly rental rate; Texas: $1 per night; Florida: $0.7 per night; New Jersey: $0.55 per night;
- Virginia State Sanitation Fee: $20 per vehicle
- Pennsylvania P.T. Assistance Fee: $2 per night
