• Rental days are calculated per 24 hours - the pick-up time should be the drop-off time. If the drop-off time is later than the pick-up time, an additional NZD 50 per hour will be charged. Please write in the comments the requested pick-up and drop-off times.
• Pick-up or drop-off out of business hours, on Sundays and Public Holidays (exclude 23rd December–5th January) are available for NZD 50, on request and in combination with the All Inclusive Package.
• Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of NZD 0.60 per km.
• Passenger compartment must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of minimum NZD 500 is charged.
• Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of NZD 250 is charged.
• Motorhome must return fully fueled, otherwise the fuel cost and labour cost are charged plus NZD 2.5 per liter.
• Awning can not be operated unless requested. Damages are not covered by the insurance and a NZD 2,000 liability applies outside of the standard security deposit.
• Motorhome must return with 2 full bottles of gas, otherwise a fee of NZD 40 per bottle is charged (Can be purchased in advance).
• AdBlue Charge: NZD 0.02 per km (will be invoiced to the customer after the rental. Customers will receive the vehicle with a full AdBlue tank. All costs for refilling the AdBlue tank during the trip, will be refunded at Drop-Off).
• The rental center in Auckland is closed on 29 January and the rental center in Christchurch is closed on 28 September (in addition to the public holidays).
• Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer Are allowed. If there is more - please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take bicycle.
• For Driver between 21-25 years old we need a copy of the driver license for the insurance company.
