• Rental days are calculated per 24 hours - the pick-up time should be the drop-off time. If the drop-off time is later than the pick-up time, an additional € 48 per hour will be charged. Please write in the comments the requested pick-up and drop-off times
• During winter period, between November and March, pick up and drop off times are different than regular. Details in T&C
• Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of € 0.35 per km
• From 1.11 to 31.3 - winter tyres are mandatory and only available for Urban Plus vehicles.
• From October 1st until March 31st only the vehicle Group Compact Plus is available
• Passenger compartment must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of minimum € 280 is charged
• Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of € 200 is charged
• Motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and Adblue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as 50 € administration fee
• Customers get two bottles of gas and has to return one full bottle of gas, otherwise a fee of € 90 is charged
• Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer Are allowed. If there is more - please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take bicycle
• All rentals that are confirmed until 31st July 2024 (travel can be done also after) can be cancelled free of charge until 30 days before Pick-Up
