• Camper's interior and exterior must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of €300 is charged.
• Toilet and waste tanks must return emptied, otherwise a fee of €300 is charged.
• Motorhome must return with fuel tank at the same level as it was at pick up, otherwise a fuel cost is charged plus €60 administration fee.
• Smoking is prohibited in the camper. €600 penalty will apply if this rule is broken.
• Carrying pets without prior notice will entail a penalty of €300 - cleaning surcharge.
• The rental station in Belfast is closed for PU/DO on 12 July.
• The minimum rental for all pick ups is 5 nights except for July and August - 7 nights.
• Changes in a bookind is possible with an additional fee depending on the date of the change: 30+ nights prior pick-up €80. Less than 30 nights €200.
• Rentals collected on Saturdays between 1 June - 30 September 2023 will incur a €115 surcharge
• A €115 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up on National public holidays:
17 March 2025, 18 April 2025, 21 April 2025, 5 May 2025, 2 June 2025, 4 August 2025, 17 March 2026
