The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

All Inclusive package must have a minimum of 12 nights rental.
Unlimited Mileage must have a minimum of 12 nights rental.
Generator Use: $3.5 per hour / $10 per night.
For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $ 0.37.
Ferndale/Bellingham office is closed Saturdays October through March and Sundays all year.
Rental locations are closed for Pick up or Drop off on the following days 2024:
1 January, 31 March, 27 May, 4 July, 24 July (SLC only), 2 September, 1-3 September (SFO only), 28 November, 24-25 December, 31 December.
In case of cancellation on one way rentals - there is an additional fee of $ 200 in addition to applicable fee and cancellation fee.
