• Pick up or Drop off at any of SA depots will be charged a Road Tax of N$250 per rental agreement.
• Pick up at Namibia will be charged a Carbon Emissions of N$60 per day (maximum N$900) for the SLE, DCE, MDE, DLE
• The motorhome must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of N$1,500 is charged.
• Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of N$3,500 is charged.
• Drivers aged 23-24 (minimum 3 years license) have a surcharge of N$500.
• Each border crossing from South Africa requires a N$1,000 border crossing surcharge.
• Customers requiring cross-border documentation must give THRSA a minimum of 3 working days notice thereof.
• Pick-up and Drop-off in Swakopmund or Walvis Bay (round trip) has a N$12,600 surcharge.
