The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.

• Early Pick-up can only be pruchased during the Online Check-In process, subject to availability and by paying $75 (Online Check-in will open 5 days before pick-up - Mountain Standard Time).
• Late Drop-off is only be possible during the online check-in process, subject to availability and surcharge of $75 per hour (details in Terms & Conditions)
• Customers who take a motorhome in the winter season or traveling in cold regions - please read carefully the winter warning in 'Terms & Conditions'.
• RV's must be returned with interior cleaned, holding tanks emptied and fuel tank as it was on pick up.
• Late return of the vehicle has a charge of $150/hr.
• Generator useage is charged at drop off at hourly rate of $3.5.
• Every extra km is $0.45.
• Bike Rack is available for SVC, MHB, MHA, MHC & MHX only
• A Parks Canada Discovery Pass can be purchased via On-Line check-in or at the counter doring pick up. limited Supplies.
• A detailed explanation about Child Seats can be found at the end of the "Rental Conditions" chapter.
• No cancellation fee for any new bookings made until 31 March 2025 (after which standard cancellation terms would apply).
