The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply:
Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
• Generator use: $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter or Generator Package: $5 per night for unlimited use.
• For the Mileage Packages, every extra mile is $0.48.
• Taxi Fare from the nearest Airport will be reimbursed on the day of pick-up, for up to $35 for transfers to the Denver, New York, Orlando, Las Vegas and Los Angeles branches, and up to $70 to the San Francisco and Seattle branches Receipt must be presented.
• The minimum amount payable per rental segment for an Inclusive Rate 10 nights rental.
• Minimum rental of 3 nights applies between 1 October 2017 to 15 July 2018 and 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2019.
• Minimum rental of 7 nights applies between 16 July 2018 to 30 September 2018.
• Minimum rental of 10 nights applies for pick up in San Francisco between 15 August 2018 to 2 September 2018.
• In case of cancelling a rental that includes a Burning Man Festival fee - 14 nights or less before the pick up date -the Burning Man Festival fee will apply anyway.
• In case of cancelling a One Way rental - the One Way fee will apply anyway.
• SLI insurance - paid locally at pick up. Until April 2018 the price is $14 per night for all locations except SEA - $15, MCO - $15.45 or NYC - $12. From April 2018 the price is $10 per night for all locations except MCO - $15.75 and SEA - $11.25.
• PlatePass can be purchased at our rental centers. Easier payment and passing at toll roads. Please contuct us for more details.
• Pick up and Drop off on Saturday:
- Until the end of March 2018: Pick up and Drop off between 9:00 and 11:00
- From April 2018: Pick up between 11:00 and 13:00, Drop of between 8:00 and 10:00
- From 15 June to 15 September 2018: Pick up between 12:00 and 16:00, Drop of between 9:00 and 11:00
