The following changes will result in a re-calculation of rental rates. The rate will be calculated using the most current rate and compared to the existing rate; the higher rate will apply: Change of party name; Change of vehicle size; Change in pick up or drop off location; Change in pick up or drop off date; Cancellation and rebooking.
• A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged if the vehicle returns not clean.
• A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the grey water or toilet cassette are not empty.
• An administration fee of $30 plus the fuel cost will incur if the fuel or LPG tanks returns not full.
• In case of changing the drop-off destination, an additional charge of up to $1250 may apply.
• Pick up or drop off on the following days will incur an additional $100 surcharge: New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Boxing Day (or public holidays declared for those days).
• A credit card administration fee of 2% applies for the use of Visa and Mastercard and 4% for American Express.
• A one way fee of $150 for each one way hire 20 days and under.
• In case of damaged as a result of single vehicle incident/accident the Hirer is liable for costs up to $5000.
