• Pick up or Drop off at any of SA depots will be charged a Road Tax of US$18 per rental agreement.
• Pick up at Namibia will be charged a Carbon Emissions of US$6 per day (maximum US$90) for the SLE, DCE, MDE, DLE
• The motorhome must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of US$150 is charged.
• Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of US$350 is charged.
• Drivers aged 23-24 (minimum 3 years license) have a surcharge of US$50.
• Each border crossing from South Africa requires a US$100 border crossing surcharge.
• Customers requiring cross-border documentation must give THRSA a minimum of 3 working days notice thereof.
• Pick-up and Drop-off in Kasane or Gabarone-Gaborone (round trip) has a US$715 surcharge.
