• Rental centers that pick up hours are the same as drop off hours - rental days are calculated per 24 hours - pick up and drop off at the same hour.
• Pick-up or Drop-off after working hours is available (only on request) for € 30 per hour.
• During winter period, between November and March, pick up and drop off times are different than regular. Details in T&C.
• Rentals with limited km (specials) will cause an extra fee of € 0.35 per km.
• Passenger compartment must return in clean condition, otherwise a fee of minimum € 150 is charged.
• Toilet tank must return emptied, otherwise a fee of € 163 is charged.
• Motorhome must return with full tanks of diesel and Adblue, otherwise customers will be charged for the missing fuel, as well as 50 € administration fee.
• Winter tyres are mandatory between 1.11 to 31.3.
• Depot Rovaniemi is open from 1st of May until 30 September!
• One Way rentals between Helsinki and Rovaniemi are possible only between 1 May to 30 September.
• Vehicles will be winterized during winter season which means that no water at all is available in the motorhome (sink, shower, toilet), and the vehicle cannot be hooked up to the city water supply.
• Windscreen & tyre protection - has minimum 7 days.
• CDW - reduction to € 0 - apply only in case of accident. Deductible for any following collision is € 600 per claim.
• Customers who book a taxi transfer: 2 suitcases per customer Are allowed. If there is more - please inform in advance. In addition, the taxi can not take bicycle.
