Embarking on your first motorhome journey is an exciting experience, and a little preparation goes a long way. Before you even leave the depot, conduct a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle with the supplier staff. Learn how to operate the slide-outs, generator, and utility hookups. When packing, remember that storage space is finite: use soft-sided bags instead of rigid suitcases and bring only what you need. It's also wise to plan your first day's drive to be relatively short, allowing you time to get accustomed to the vehicle's size and handling before dark. Our guides for first-timers are packed with practical advice to help you avoid common mistakes and make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We rented a caravan in Europe from Germany and traveled all the way to Norway and back over two and a half months. We got an almost new caravan from the Hanleions — we were the second renter. I want to mention that initially there wasn't a continuous caravan available. We had to take the caravan with a swap, which is a bit of a bummer. Before the flight we asked whether the rentals could be merged, and even though they already had the money since we'd already closed the deal and everything was set and signed, they made an effort for us and managed to merge the rentals into one rental. We also shortened the trip from 3 months to two and a half months, and that was also a reasonable process. We had to make a phone call to the agency itself, but it was really fine. Excellent, courteous service and an excellent price. I warmly recommend. I also recommend taking out caravan insurance in Israel because the Germans are very pedantic about every smallest scratch.
The service, responsiveness, and personal attention from Avi Bandana gave me peace of mind and confidence — we went on a two-week caravan trip. This is the second time we've rented through them. And it was excellent! Many thanks!
